   Great 4.0

   Imagine a world ruled by dragons, add the smart and resolute Quinn Abercromby (Christian Bale) and a bad-ass Denton Van Zan (Matthew McConaughey), and you have a really cool take on the dragon movie genre.

4. Acting

   Really Great 4.5

   I’m actually really impressed by the acting in this movie. Obviously Christian Bale and Matthew McConaughey do a great job, but the rest of the cast is really good as well.

   I just have to say that Matthew McConaughey with a shaved head and full beard/mustache is such a bad-ass mother——shut-yo’-mouth!

    A little lame, but certainly convincing and realistic for what I imagine people would say in a world dominated by dragons.
