I’m a member of the online community at a movie site Coming Soon. I clicked on a banner there that led me to this site. I’ve included a link to this site in my signature there but I wondered if you plan to create banners and links that will include our member ID’s. I think that would be good. It will make it easier to get referrals through our own blogs and social network sites such as MySpace and etc.

Great idea Atiras! We’d love to provide you banners to promote your reviews on WikPik. In the meantime, feel free to use the link to your Member Profile page. In your case, the link is:

http://www.wikpik.com/users/member_profile/220

For everybody else, simply click “My Profile” at the top right of WikPik to go to your Member Profile, then copy the URL of the page when you get there. (Note that the number at the end is your member ID number.)

Of course, at the moment, non-members will need to apply for membership before they can go directly to your profile page. But WikPik is soon to proceed into Public Beta (we’re currently in Private Alpha), so the speed bump of needing to be a member to browse will then be eliminated.
