As you may know, an explosion at a Houston data center on Saturday, May 31 knocked out 7,500 web sites, including WikPik. The problem was rectified two days later, so last night I sent out a note to the WikPik community letting everyone know that the coast was once again clear.

Shortly after I sent that “WikPik Is Up Again” note, the generators temporarily powering the data center failed. So we endured another day of outage.

Now all is well again. This time, we hope, for good.
