   Really Great 4.5

   This movie was over the top and I really liked it. I would have liked it even more if it had been just a touch more believable. I know that Islamic terrorists have to be portrayed as incompetent buffoons, but it is just a tad too unbelievable that a pair of captives would be able to create a rocket powered suit while held captive in a cave, let alone be able to fly it out on the first try, let alone crash land and walk away. And it is must not believable that a single person can create all that stuff in his workshop (after he escaped the cave, that is), with no assistants, in any period of time.

   Still, it was a lot of fun and very exciting. Also, it is good to see that sometimes the brainy kid does get the girls.

   And for those of you who stick around to the end of the eredits, you are in for a treat.

   Robert Downy Jr. has these endearing little mannerisms that sort of imply that he gets the joke too.

   Pepper was hot, that’s for sure. But the script didn’t give her much to work with.

    I don’t care how advanced the suit is – the laws of physics still apply, and there is no way any person could survive all his crashes and run-ins with various ordnance. Essentially unscathed.
