   Very Good 3.5

   A very entertaining Tom Hanks movie. It might seem a bit drawn out to some, but I think the length really helps to put you in the moments experienced by ‘Chuck’ – the cast away FedEx executive. Tom shows his mastery of the screen by being able to entertain despite times of limited dialog and no supporting cast. And besides the poignant story of endurance, “Cast Away” has a deeper human interest story about loss and gain of things we hold dear.
