  1. Quality
  2. Perfect 5.0

this movie took me by complete surprise. I haven’t enjoyed a movie so much in a while. dark knight had everything that I was lookibg for, originality: make up on two-face and joker (unorthidox) the fact that children were threatened, a good man went completely mad and the fact that the batmobile had that cool motorcycle thing to it, really made it fun and realistic ( except for the batmobile thing…lol!

  3. Really Great 4.5

the acting in this one was really pretty good. the only thing that could’ve been a little better would have to be batman’s refusal to make sense…lol!

  4. Male Stars Really Great 4.5

JOKER: amazing! he was everything I hoped for, he was crazy but total knew what he was doing and how he was doing it.
HARVEY/TWO-FACE: to show how a man can do so much for one city and devote so much to so many, then losing rachel and getting incredible burns on one side of his face, he completely flipped his coin.
BATMAN/BRUCE WAYNE: bruce was all suave, genesequa like… he was as cool and as calm as a playboy can get. Batman was narly when it came ro fighting and conducting plans of execution but the only thing that was wrong with his whole role was the fact that he didn’t make much sense when speaking. granted I understood what he was saying but it still came out as a grunt…

  5. Female Stars Really Great 4.5

RACHEL: far better than the last one. she really got into the fact that she knew all about bruce’s secret but she couldn’t get passed the fact that bruce’s life was too hectic for her and she had enough to deal with in her own life, standing by harvey and trying to make gotham a better place for everyone in her own way.

  6. Female Costars Really Great 4.5
  7. Male Costars Really Great 4.5
  8. Perfect 5.0

chock full of action, love, loss, good, evil and everything in between. with all of the people and all of the props that were involved in this production, it was almost neverending. I can’t help but say that I certainly enjoyed every second of it.

  9. Direction Perfect 5.0
  10. Play Perfect 5.0
  11. Music Perfect 5.0
  12. Visuals Perfect 5.0
  13. Content
  14. Horrid 4.1

violence, quite a bit I must say… from the flipping an entire semi from nose to tail on its back to harvey’s face looking like something out of the criptkeepers family album, this movie has a bit of everything for everyone.

  15. Sex Lewd 4.1
  16. Violence Savage 4.1
  17. Rudeness Nasty 4.1
  18. Fantasy 5.0

I certainly thought that the combined feelings that bruce and harvey had for rachel would’ve made them all the more motivated to work together but we all know the comics, or at least I would hope some of us do… that of course never happens, all in all this movie really can show how a man can change his ways of thinking due to one overwhelming moment in his life. how one man can have no past, no real future can still manage to have a name that can strike fear in just about anyone. and how 2 men with nothing in common can want all of the same things. that’s some reality in a nutshell.

  19. Circumstantial Fantasy 5.0
  20. Biological Fantasy 5.0
  21. Physical Fantasy 5.0

Ah, how could I forget. There were just too many good movies out that year.

Wick

Agreed. Let’s not forget Iron Man, also from 2008.

I gotta say, Wick, as far as movies go, I’d say 2008 was the best year for movies since 1994 and movies such as “The Dark Knight”, “Slumdog Millionaire”, “The Wrestler”, and “Milk” prove my point.
