  1. Quality
  2. Perfect 5.0

A young widow discovers that her late husband has left her 10 messages intended to help ease her pain and start a new life. -imdb.com

this movie is the definition of a love that can never really go away…

after holly loses her husband, gerry, she starts getting letters from him after his passing. all she has to do though, is do what he says… this story will make you laugh, cry, and everything in between.

  3. Perfect 5.0

hillary swank, gerard butler, lisa kudro, gina gershon, james marsters and many others, really made this film.

hillary plays holly- a young widow that gets locked up in her home and pretty much becomes a hermit.

gerard plays gerry- a man that was taken away from his one and only, but leaves her letters after his death to make t easier for his grieving wife.

gina, lisa, and james play cloe friends that help holly get herself back to the land of the living.\

overall the acting as amazing. you can feel the love, hurt and happiness each character protrays in the film.

  8. Really Great 4.5

using ireland as a location in the film was inspiring. absolutely beautiful colors and each scene had a flair that no one can really get unless they really got into it, like I did… (just saying)

  9. Direction Really Great 4.5
  10. Play Really Great 4.5
  11. Music Really Great 4.5
  12. Visuals Really Great 4.5

  14. Tame 1.0

not really edgey, but still puts you in the movie…you can really feel it.

  15. Sex Innocent 1.0
  16. Violence Gentle 1.0
  17. Rudeness Polite 1.0
  18. Natural 1.0

I can really find this happening. Unlikely these days, but it is possible.

Can you say that you loved someone so much and lost them, then find out that they left you a few final requests for you to do just so that you can move on with your life?

Can you say that you have the one person that you can live forever with and then you find out you have to leave them? Wouldn’t you want to figure out a way to help them ease their pain and find happiness after you’re gone?

they did it in this film and you know what, as much as I would like to say “I would hope that never happens to me” (either way) but I would like for them to give me that good bye, or give them a good bye that makes them think of nothing but great thoughts of us, and experiance what we couldn’t when we were together.

    really guys see this film…amazing!
