  1. Quality
  2. Really Great 4.5

The Dark Knight is just as dark as it’s name. It’s a violant and disturbing movie, but that is what makes it one of the best films of all time. Some of the greatest acting of all time, with heath ledger making the 4th greatest acting performance of all time (1-al pacino in the Godfather pt.2) and Christian bale making the perfect Batman. The plot is just as diverse as it gets, and accomplished what no other superhero movie can: Handling 2 Villains. Look what happened to Spider man 3! It easily could have been R had it shown more blood. Overall, you will not be Dissapointed by the Dark Kight.

  3. Really Great 4.5

One of the greatest performancesof the century, unfortunatly, it is better done by the supporting actors.

  4. Male Stars Really Great 4.5

Christian Bale is Just Pheonomenol as Bruce Wayne, but the knock on him is his voice when he is batman. It’s like a bass line.

  5. Female Stars Really Great 4.5

Maggie is Amazing, but she’s too… Mad.

  6. Female Costars Perfect 5.0

There aren’t many, but that seems to happen alot in my reviews.

  7. Male Costars Perfect 5.0

Heath ledger? GREATEST ACTING PERFORMANCE OF THE DECADE? Who got that old man in there!?!?

  8. Really Great 4.5

The Angles and lighting are flawless.

  9. Direction Perfect 5.0

Christopher Nolan does way to much with way to little to not get a perfect. He doesn’t need fancy Special Effects to make amazing movies, and he proves it here.

  10. Play Perfect 5.0

Just Amazing, the jokers lines are the best, and it shows you the personalities of each charicter, which is very important to the story.

  11. Music Very Good 3.5

The Music isn’t commonly used, but the end fits perfectly.

  12. Visuals Perfect 5.0

This doesn’t have a whole bunch of Special Effects (That’s the way christopher Nolan Rolls…) but It’s very realistic. the explosions the guns Two Face it gets a easy 10.

  13. Content
  14. Risqué 2.3

Very Dark, not what i expected froma batman movie, but it will shock the unprepared.

  15. Sex Titillating 1.8

Some implied sexual conduct, that’s about it.

  16. Violence Savage 3.6

It will shock the unprepared, no blood but guns and explosions put this out of kiddy territory. The tape They Broadcast showing the batman copycat and the joker will scare the living shit out of a lot of peopl, and the jokers laugh is inhuman.

  17. Rudeness Polite 1.5

    Some language, used infrequently.

  18. Glib 1.5

Christopher Nolans Batman Accually could have happened. It’s very realistic, and it’s not out of the question for an insane man to dress up like a clown and rob banks.

  19. Circumstantial Glib 1.3

As stated above, it is very realistic.

  20. Biological Glib 1.7

    No Comment. Read “Circumsantial”.

  21. Physical Surreal 2.1

as for the “Pencil Trick”, it is impossible. With the eraser of the pencil, the only place it could penetrate to head is in the eye, and that cannot directly kill someone.

Ah, how could I forget. There were just too many good movies out that year.

Wick

Agreed. Let’s not forget Iron Man, also from 2008.

I gotta say, Wick, as far as movies go, I’d say 2008 was the best year for movies since 1994 and movies such as “The Dark Knight”, “Slumdog Millionaire”, “The Wrestler”, and “Milk” prove my point.
