Created May 05, 2009 12:12AM PST • Edited May 05, 2009 12:13AM PST

  1. Quality
  2. OK 2.5

This is a very middle of the road film. A few good moments, a few bad moments, mostly just kinda ok.

  3. Good 3.0

Wasn’t really the actors faults when their characters fell flat, they weren’t given much to work with.

  4. Male Stars Good 3.0
  5. Female Stars Good 3.0
  6. Female Costars Good 3.0
  7. Male Costars Good 3.0
  8. OK 2.5

I think the main probalem with this film was director Gavin Hood thought he was making an Epic, as shown by the occassional out of place ‘epic’ swell of music, when it was more of apulpy action kinda film. Most of the dialouge was ok, although a couple of the more in joke-y lines were really bad. Solid visuals, but nothing great.

  9. Direction Barely OK 2.0
  10. Play Good 3.0
  11. Music Pretty Bad 1.5
  12. Visuals Good 3.0
  13. Content
  14. Risqué 2.5
  15. Sex Titillating 2.5
  16. Violence Fierce 2.5
  17. Rudeness Salty 2.5
  18. Surreal 3.0
  19. Circumstantial Surreal 3.0
  20. Biological Surreal 3.0
  21. Physical Surreal 3.0

Regarding Spaceghost’s Review
Great job posting the first Wolverine review Spaceghost. Really fun to read, especially lines like “I would change my life and live in the mountains for this girl too.”

Can’t wait to see the flik.
