   James Franco kills it in this character study. Dripping with depression every where, Franco slogs through his life after a tragic accident. The excellence comes in the cast of characters: Rachel McAdams, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Marie-Josee Croze – not all known, but all perfect for their roles. And yes, there is a rewarding ending – so the depression is transient.
