Great 4.0A well thought out movie in what has almost become a genre unto itself, the ‘fixer’ drama. Michael Clayton cleans up the messes of the people he works for by any means needed. The only drawback I see to this movie is the choice of story telling, that is, we are shown a bit of the beginning, and then recieve a ‘Four days earlier’ title card, then the movie really starts. This is a very good fit to the story, however people generally seem to have a negative reaction to movies with this format.

Perfect 5.0George Clooney gives a very fine performance, along the line of his work in Syriana. Perhaps not his best work, but a well rounded character portrayed with conviction. The supporting cast also deserves recognition for their understated roles in the film.

Music Great 4.0The music is remarkably well fit to the scenes, you hardly notice it as it creeps into the scene and pulses in the background. (This is a good thing, mind you.)
-
Visuals Great 4.0Good camera work, the entire movie is rendered in a washed out style that dulls all the colours and really sets the tone of the film.
