Regarding ledzeppelin’s Review
AJ, there are a couple things I need to address. First, King Kong is an adventure movie, NOT a horror movie. Second of all, “Best horror film SINCE the Shining?” This came out almost 50 years before the Shining, and over 46 years since the book. Speaking of the Shining, it’s really good, but there are way better horror movies out there. Third, obviousely the ape looks fake, it was a movie made in the 1930s, they couldn’t have POSSIBLEY pulled it off. Fourth, a NATURAL?? Dude, this is one of the most unrealistic movies ever made .

Plus, it is NOT the best movie of the 30s. Not even CLOSE. I wouldn’t even put it in my Top 10.

Sorry, Wick, I was just saying to Zep that King Kong’s an adventure movie. But now that I think about it, it does have some of the elements of a horror movie.
