  1. Quality
  2. Good 3.0

Chick Flick in old English costume. That pretty much sums it up. See this with a female significant other, and you will likely make her very happy. Ok, anyone with little soft spot for the soap opera will like this movie.

  3. Good 3.0

Keira Knightley and Ralph Fiennes were seemingly both bred for making period-pieces. And of course, both are equally adept at the art of the chick-flick. Ralph as the uncaring monstrosity that women love to hate, and Keira is the embodiment of that female strength that perseveres.

  4. Male Stars Good 3.0
  5. Female Stars Good 3.0
  6. Female Costars Good 3.0
  7. Male Costars Good 3.0
  8. Good 3.0

The period piece was done with the finest of effort. The costumes and surroundings were well done to every last detail. Even the scenes where someone was looking out the window through wavy glass. Outstanding. And the story? Revealing all the shenanigans that went on at the time makes telling a good story like falling off a log.
