   Barely OK 2.0

   As far as entertainment goes, so-so. As far as character development and plot goes, there is none. “Cop Out,” in terms of quality, is disastrous.

   OK 2.5

   With mediocre acting, “Cop Out” cruises the runway, but doesn’t get off the ground. Bruce Willis sits there, while Tracy Morgan delivers an annoying, almost primate-like performance by screaming random words and syllables.
