Overall this movie didn’t collapse under the weight of its own expectation – which is hard to do since everyone has scraped for every piece of information since July. Very effective, well made monster movie with acceptable updates for the new generation. It is a monster movie, but told with heart as it looks through its characters eyes.

WHOA!!!! Look at Cloverfield! Hahaha! It took the day, week, AND ALL TIME CATAGORIES!!! It was really an amazing film. I dunno about you guys, but I think its here to stay. =] |
