Question, MJ: If the film is in the top 3 of the most violent films you’ve ever seen, why did you give it only a 3.7 for violence? It seems to me that “most violent films I’ve ever seen” would automatically warrant at least a 4.5 if not a 5!

Regarding Demona’s Review
I somewhat enjoyed this one, actually. Sure, it wasn’t great, or really “good”, but it was OK. The best thing, in my opinion, was Jackie Earle Hayley as Freddy. That guy’s a phenominal actor (he was great in Little Children and Watchmen) and I very much enjoyed him as Freddy.

I don’t know. It would have a LOT of expectations to fulfill. And considering most super sequels are better than their super predecessors and Mark Millar is writing a sequel to the comic, a sequel seems likely. I guess we’ll have to see how strong of a life it has on DVD.
