BTW Wick, during Inglourious Basterds, during the extended dialogue scenes did you ever just shout out “DO SOMETHING!!!!” God know I did. Still a good movie, but not one of Tarantino’s best.

Given the hype, just good is a letdown. Notwithstanding me saying it measured up to its hype, the Trust Weighted Scores say your lead nails it. Don’t shrink from a good shot MJ.

Pulp Fiction is his best BY FAR!!! Basterds doesn’t even make the top 5. Kill Bill, Pulp, Grindhouse, Sin City, and Resavoir Dogs are FAR better films than Basterds. I’ll give it another go around, maybe I’ll like it more a second time.

Regarding moviebuffman’s Review
Thanks for going first on Avatar mb-man. I was heading towards giving it 4 beams but didn’t feel right doing that. Then I revisited your review and saw 3.5, which seemed just right. A quick fine tune to my acting and film sliders, and all fell in line.

I have a suggestion for submitting movies. I feel bad having to e-mail you for every movie not listed, so perhaps there could be some sort of “Submit Movies” tab that would bring up a little form that ask for the name, year, poster, ect.
Then, you can approve or deny the movie. I feel It would be an easier solution rather than having to send an e-mail. Just a thought!

Thanks for posting a first review of Au Revoir Les Enfants, Hurwizzle. I saw this movie when it came out and its resonance stays with me to this day. As it happens, it’s 3rd in my Netflix queue right now because I wanted to honor it with a WikPik review. Now I can relax ‘cause you’ve filled the gap.

I really did not think this movie was amazing. It really dragged, and even though Mr. Tarantino is the king of writing dialogue, I felt it could’ve had a little more action and less talky talky. Still good, but not great.

Regarding Wick’s Review
Ah, no worries. I respect everyone’s opinion(unless I see something horrible like someone giving Transformers a 5 Perfect and Dark Knight only a 4 Great). I just loved this movie ’cause of the brilliant performances, the dialogue, and the way it brought the book to the screen.

BTW Are you planning to see the Lovely Bones? I need to know if its worth it cuz I’m hearing mixed reviews.
